CLASSIC OLD FASHIONED 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 oz Uncle Frank's Bourbon

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Orange peel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

​

  1. Place the sugar cube in a glass and saturate it with bitters.

  2. Muddle the sugar and bitters together.

  3. Add Uncle Frank's Bourbon and a large ice cube.

  4. Stir gently and garnish with an orange peel twist.

BOURBON SOUR

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 oz Uncle Frank's Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Egg white (optional, for a frothy texture)

  • Lemon wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

​

  1. Shake Uncle Frank's Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) with ice in a shaker.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

MAPLE BOURBON SMASH

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Uncle Frank's Bourbon

  • 1/2 oz pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves

  • Crushed ice

  • Mint sprig for garnish

  1. In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with maple syrup and lemon juice.

  2. Add Uncle Frank's Bourbon and ice, then shake well.

  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.

SMOKED MAPLE BOURBON MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Uncle Frank's Bourbon

  • 1/2 oz smoked maple syrup

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • Orange peel for garnish

  1. To make smoked maple syrup, mix equal parts maple syrup and water. Infuse the mixture with smoke (using a smoking gun or other smoking method) for a rich, smoky flavor.

  2. In a mixing glass, combine Uncle Frank's Bourbon, smoked maple syrup, and dry vermouth with ice.

  3. Stir well until the mixture is chilled.

  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink by giving it a twist, then drop the peel into the glass as a garnish.
